A commerce graduate from Bombay University, I have spent my entire childhood and college days in the Indian state of Rajasthan, at Ajmer. I came to Dubai in my early 20s and ended up working with Safeer Group of Companies. Al though I quickly got enamored with my job, I felt that this wasn’t for me. So after seven straight years of my highly successful marketing career, I decided to walk away from the comfort and security of stable income.
It was difficult but this luckily led me back to my passion as I have always enjoyed traveling and connecting with new people. That’s how I and my dearest friend, Kamlesh Ramchandani, completely switched our profession and jumped out to launch Rayna Tours in 2006 from a small counter in one of Dubai’s hotels. 12 plus years with plenty of ups and downs, Rayna Tours is now an established Destination Management Company.
With an impactful presence in different parts of the world, it’s a wonderful outcome of numerous hard-won challenges. We’ve had witnessed several breakthrough moments over the years, but our core focus right from the start has been one: to bridge the gap between our clients and their travel expectations. As I now live my life to the fullest with my wife, Rinki, and two beautiful kids, Rayna and Aryan, I’m as passionate as ever when it comes to everything about travel!
It’s true that the launch of Rayna Tours was a spontaneous (and the coolest ever) decision, but it just became successful due to the blend of many things, mainly the right time, killer concept, our readiness to learn from mistakes, and of course the perfect team. Started off with just two of us, Rayna Tours has now close to 500 employees in its various branches all over the world.

Massively expands the company’s reach by opening branches across India, Southeast Asia, Europe and Africa. Also, bags numerous prestigious industry awards such as Arabian Travel Awards, Best Partner Award for Dubai Parks and Resorts and Best Performer Award from Ferrari World and Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi.
Gracefully spearheads the company (without any layoff) in the pandemic time, opens new branch in India, and leads the company to win the coveted TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Award for two consecutive years (2020 and 2021).
